EarthShip BioTecture


Coming out of Taos, we happened upon EarthShip Biotecture, a welcome change from "arts and crafts, crafts and arts" for John.  A great site showing how to build modular, energy sustaining homes.

Lots of information, with a whole community of these homes nearby.  Much recycling of previously used material, like water, bottles, cans, tires ...
















 Made me wonder if this work was getting government support ... so far, it didn't seem to be affected by the "shutdown".

      They are different. I think that they need some Japanese architectural influence ...
