For my snowtires? Yes, but when I bought the car, the dealer threw in four snowtires with wheels, so I did not have to fret about purchasing tires. They have to be on for mid-December. And the car shelters are up, more or less. Mine still needs the plastic cover. For the chill? Well, it is not bizarrely early. We have been spoiled of late with long-lasting, warmer autumns.
I've observed a few snowflakes here (it is really chill, lately), but no such accumulation. I do have my snowtires on, though!
